Lindsey has an array of event experience stemming from her time with Pacers Sports & Entertainment, The 500 Festival, USA Diving, and Sport Graphics. She has been involved in numerous projects and directed many events including large-scale concerts, rodeos, Cirque Du Soleil stadium tour shows, NBA and WNBA games, high school sporting events, the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, Junior Pan Am Diving Championship, FINA Grand Prix Diving Championship, USA Diving Junior & Senior Championships, Superbowl events, Corporate Events, Galas, West Point Academy sporting facility rebranding, and Adidas MLS Rebranding.
RANDON McMASTER
Chief of Event Design
Experienced designer and co-owner, with a long-standing background in shaping brands, experiences, and live environments. A Herron School of Art graduate with a strong foundation in visual communication, concept development, and creative strategy.
My work spans graphic design, branding, print, and presentation design, with a focus on turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals. Beyond the screen, I bring that same design mindset to live events—making confident creative decisions around layouts, staging, and guest experience, and collaborating closely with show producers on live shows and fundraising events.
I thrive in fast-paced environments where creative vision and execution work in sync. Whether leading design direction or supporting production teams, my goal is simple: create intentional, impactful, and memorable experiences.
